Experience : Minimum 5 Years in HVAC maintenance works

Educational Qualification : Technical diploma or Associate degree in Mechanical field. Basic computer skills

Job Description :Should know to Maintain and repair all HVAC equipment and components to manufacturer recommendation, i.e., valves, motors, belts, bearings, filters, and lubrications etc. Basic awareness of equipment management controls. Must be able to service, repair and replace refrigeration systems including split systems, chillers, etc. Capable of solving problems individually. Undertake a daily routine involving the physical checking of the property heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning units. Undertake a weekly routine by checking the operational load on each component of the equipment such as the compressor and fan motor to identify any abnormality. Carry out preventive maintenance on all heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and manuals. Able to work indoor & outdoor.
